The number of the Bingo variations is limited only by the imagination of the Bingo operators. The difference between Bingo games is the difference between the shapes of the winning pattern that should be covered on the Bingo card by the Bingo players. Very often a Bingo session will consist of the games with the different winning patterns. Sometimes even the same game will allow winning in more than one way by offering few possible winning patterns. Any of these patterns covered will guarantee a prize for a player. Few different Bingo patterns make a Bingo session more interesting for the players.

Basic Bingo winning patterns are vertical and horizontal rows and a diagonal pattern.

                    7-Shaped Bingo

The winning pattern that pays the highest prize requires all numbers on the Bingo card to be covered. It is called a “Blackout Bingo” or a “Coverall”.

                    Blackout Bingo

Many winning patterns besides basic patterns of horizontal, vertical and diagonal Bingos usually must be filled within the specified number of the balls – for ex. with 50 balls or less. If it takes more than 50 balls then the players will be awarded a lesser “consolation prize”.
